A very original soup with a quenelle of pecorino and lemon followed by beautiful tagliatelle with cod. Lovely local house red wine which complemented the pasta surprisingly well.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Locanda Giustini. The dining room is situated in an old cloister which has been tastefully decorated to provide a light, airy and atmospheric setting.
